Summary: It was an older place. The furnishings were nice, but small, no fridge, no microwave, non frills. It was quiet & slept well and was a close walk to the lake.

Summary: We stayed here so I could catch an early morning shuttle to the Denver airport. Check in is at 4:00 (rather late) but the web site touts "early check in available"...I thought I would stop by early to let them know we would love early check in if possible and finish up my check in paperwork. What "greeted" me was one of the most unpleasant, un happy, crabby front desk manager! Almost comical in her coldness; VERY put out by my request. The hotel's condition is quite old and worn, but it could still be nice....the beds in our room were the worst. The shower took some finessing to get it to work properly....the pipes running in the room next door was a scene out of a movie and the "security door" at the front entry of our side of the hotel, would not lock or stay closed...leaving it open to the bus stop located right outside the door. It was just one night so it was not worth it to us to go somewhere else, but if you are staying for a prolonged period, I would suggest checking out someplace else.

Summary: Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise since I was expecting a typical Continental breakfast, but this was definitely an upgrade. Staff were very pleasant, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Summary: Outdated place. Needs a tefresh. My hair dryer in room did not work. No movie channels, so used my phone. Decent breakfast, but the breakfast space us very cramped. Don't plan to stay again.

Summary: Decent hotel in a mountain town. Hotel was being updated during our stay, so they are improving. Do not take the stairs unless you're brave, the carpet choice is not the safest.

Summary: Alex Sassonbwas very helpful. our HVAC in the room was not working and he helped us with new room when requested so kudos to him.. on the contrary, Bebek was not very hospitable. She needs more training in customer service and hospitality when we questioned her about the HVAC in the room she told us to keep the windows open for the fresh air to come in. This is not acceptable. Hopefully, she can learn from this
